I logged in to my account and, sure enough, the deductible was back and our phones had been shut off.
I called Sprint and they said it was an error and she removed the deductible again, told me how it would show up as a credit in my next billing cycle and she turned the account on again. I informed her that I had paid my bill ontime last month and my bill was not even due again and she said it was the deductible being put back on that caused their system to see it as being overdue suddenly and to shut off the phones.
Our phones are now on again and the CSR told me it would not happen again. I told her that she was right on that one because Sprint has now lost our business for good. She offered no perks to try to keep our business and that is fine with me as nothing is going to keep us there now.
I really don't care about losing SERO and I don't care about paying more for another carrier. We've been with Alltel and TMO before (we've had cellphones for our personnel for over 15 years) and no one has been as terrible as Sprint. One month they overcharged our account by $900, there have been rude CSR's, CSR's that were clueless and unhelpful and now this on top.
Its adios to Sprint, this time for good.
