The background is in the zip file of
that theme. I eventually found a cab
file for it so I don't have the zip
anymore. Search for the theme,
download the zip file and just take
the background out.

As far as it being converted for
qvga... seems like I saw it when
looking for my VGA version. I could
be wrong though.
