Honestly you might want to completely reflash with the same rom. Also, what I have learned, do a few hard resets after flashing. I had issues a long while ago flashing with a rom, apparently having a few things in memory still. After reflashing and doing about 3 hard resets there after (letting it fully load into the os, and then clear storage) it has worked like a charm.
