Yes, the kitchen is how Silence, Mike, Juicy and many other VERY talented chiefs make ROM's. Mike and Silence were nice enough to share a basic "Kitchen" to create our own custom ROM's. Kitchens give you options, such as new style icons for the old style icons and so forth... So in short, you use a kitchen to build ROm's.
