I'm sure you have checked this already but...
* Make sure the card is formatted FAT32
* Renamed RUU_signed.nbh to RALPHIMG.nbh on storage card
* Hold and press the power button+volume down button and soft rest with the stylus. (also helps if you stick your tongue out too
)
Just have to cover the basics...
