Actually, the "Top Secret" link in the start menu is part of Remote Tracker... it has to be turned on in Config, so it's not accidentally used... In Config, you set up to four emergency emails and four emergency phone numbers, and if you choose to, check the item to enable the "Top Secret" app. The Remote Tracker devs call "Top Secret" an "Anti-Kidnapping" app... if you run it, a password prompt comes up. Tap Cancel, it does nothing. Put any ANYTHING (or nothing) in the password prompt, and tap OK, it will SEEM to do nothing, always says wrong password, but enables sending an emergency message with your GPS location to the email addresses and phone numbers set (via SMS on the emails) every five minutes, until soft reset.
When that option was first put in, it was enabled by default, and rather shocked my wife when I tried it out... I had no idea why it wasn't taking my password, and also had no idea I was sending an SOS with my location to my wife's phone. :P
Edit:
Oh, can read more about Remote Tracker here:

Also, we forgot to mention that is what the RTRegCreator4.zip in the release archive is for... you can use that to create/edit your Remote Tracker configuration on the PC instead of on the phone, if you prefer.
