Sprint has removed the two deductible charges that were added to my bill. Asurion said they would call me back within 72 hours but that was almost two weeks ago. I have cancelled my insurance on our phones with them and will likely be leaving Sprint before too long. I am currently on SERO and while its nice to save money its not something that I will continue since Sprint seems to not be allowing the new smartphones onto the SERO plans.
I'm not whining about them doing that, they are in business and that is their right and prerogative. It is also mine to go elsewhere. Money is not an issue, I signed up for SERO because I qualified and liked the savings. But if it means having to stay with older phones then I will move on.
