True... Homework... I just want to be able to put it all together... All I'm asking for is links... if you know of some, post em Thats all I ask for... I have PM a couple of chefs on getting started... Never got a response so I decided to go public with my inquiry.

I don't see an issue with having ONE source for all, as it was said previously it is overwhelming to compile all the information... For that and many other reasons I would like to create a complete Thread... learn what you can and begin from there...
