Dude, they must have sent you the refurb they sent me last week and I sent back! It worked like a charm, but the wifi was ...kaput.

Update to last week, I got sent another refurb. and the green call button didn't function, and the scroll wheel only worked in one direction. I called Sprint tech and he sent me to store where the tech replaced the wheel and the front plate. Works great. Would have rather gotten TP, but ...all in all, I just wanted a WM Phone that performed like the good money I paid for it. I'm satisfied ...for now.
