2- its actually a MS3 custom widget from mskip over at XDA, he released a ton of kick a$$ widgets (thank god cuz the default ones suck)
3- ummm yea, i was running a custom 6.5 theme called glossblack and the taskbar transparancy does not stick with MS3 so when i tapped the screen it went back to black (i wish it would stay transparent but no go)
