good question, did a little searching on Google and found an app called keyswop. Also for people that want to change out the soft keys in tf3d, here is a post I found. It appears that keyswop will not work for tf3d but might work for titanium. I am going to try it today.

edit: tried keyswop, no dice. Works when titanium is disabled. will keep looking
