I called them and they said that boredandtattooed most likely signed up for insurance at the beginning of the year, so their deductible doesn't go up until August. Since I've had insurance on my Sprint phones for 3 years and have only used it once, I get screwed and my deductible changed May or June...
Not sure how that works...I spend $7 a month longer than other people and have to pay more first.
