Hi mate
heres the origonal image your *.tsk was 240x400 96dpi I use PAINT.NET as editor and cabmanager to edit TSKs

I downloded the 21900 from those chinese guys and used DPI & LANG from 21202 and It cooked first time and IT'S good Quick too
