do u not have insurance?? if u have sprint, u can add it.. are you the dude from theother day that wanted to know where u buy a new one to do it yourself cuz your flashed to metro??

doesnt matter if it comes off ebay, if its a branded device on it right network theyll insure you.. you can contact HTC, but theyll tell u to send it in, you pay postage, itll be 3 weeks till u get the phone back, and theresno replacement while wait..
