Kinda like the other week my friend went into the store to get a replacement TP because his keyboard went out, he didn't say what I told him to say, or atleast I don't think (wasn't there) but he had to wait for his to be shipped to him.
Today, I had to go in for the same reason.
Walked in,
waited for someone to acknowledge me and asked what they could do,
and I said "I need a NIB replacement, New, In, Box, Replacement.
My touch pro's keyboard is broken,
it's a known common problem and has been for quite a while.
It's a warranty manufacturing defect,
which states specifically that it warrants a NIB replacement.
You can call your tech department and they will tell you the same thing."
The lady looked at me, and was like ok, follow me. haha.
she went and grabbed me a new one and did everything for me. hahah.
That was kinda fun.
