I went through the same thing last week. I have sitting on my desk my 3rd Mogul inside of a week. The call button (hardware) does not work and the scroll wheel locks when trying to scroll down. ...up works quite well though! I was on phone for a total of 2hrs 10 min with tech support. I'm going to store today to see what they can do if anything. I'm pretty sure I will be walking out with my 4th refurbed Mogul. Also pretty sure I will have to return it. (going on recent track record) Calling Asurion is looking like an easier option everyday.
