It's definitely not Alarm Watcher, ClearTemp, IMStartup, Personalizer, EventBroker or Volume Control. I also read this on another forum:

Also while your at it you can also delete CDMACSP from your start up, if you don't use the data network through verizon. Meaning if you have ever deleted Quick2Net & or "Data Network" from settings->Connections(Tab)
->Connections and wondered why after ever soft reset the connections come back. Well CDMACSP is to blame.

I also ran each shortcut to see if any of them did anything; they didn't. I removed poutlook from the startup and it still occurs. WakeUpOnSMS isn't even included in this rom
