Re: Messaging keeps appearing

Thanks for the advice, but...

It's definitely not Alarm Watcher, ClearTemp, IMStartup, Personalizer, EventBroker or Volume Control. I also read this on another forum:
Quote:
poutlook (Pocket Outlook) - if have & need POP3/IMAP account to connect and download email using a wireless data account (Like EVDO), than keep it, if not delete it. But also if you use a POP3/IMAP account, it;ll atuomatically dowload your email anyways, with out the need of the shortcut in the startup folder.

Also while your at it you can also delete CDMACSP from your start up, if you don't use the data network through verizon. Meaning if you have ever deleted Quick2Net & or "Data Network" from settings->Connections(Tab)
->Connections and wondered why after ever soft reset the connections come back. Well CDMACSP is to blame.
CDMACSP = LargeDisplay
I also ran each shortcut to see if any of them did anything; they didn't. I removed poutlook from the startup and it still occurs. WakeUpOnSMS isn't even included in this rom AFAIK. So thanks for the advice.
