I can barely sit still long enough to skin some stuff, much less redo whole drivers.

I'd prolly break my computer or before I'd even get a driver optimized properly.

But I'll give you the secret to my knowledge,
First, spend like 8 months just tweaking everything you can on a stock rom,
including some skinning too.
And then live on xda/ppcgeeks and God himself, Google.
I mean think about, God is all seeing,
so is google, they track everything you do.
God is all knowing, google is too.
God is everywhere, once again, so is google.
