Unfortunately I don't. Well, I do but you're not gonna like it. 48% (or 49%) is one of the places that bricks stop loading.
I'm currently looking around to see if there's a remedy. If not, you will have to to get VZW to replace your phone. Just tell them it won't boot. It's happened before and it'll happen again. It might have been the phone, not you that caused the brick.
There should be no problem replacing it.
DON'T tell them you flashed it.
