For those with vibrate weirdness. I just tested all vibrate combinations running devel4 and they work perfectly for me. I tried vibrate, vibrate & ring, vibrate then ring--they all work well.
flash devel4, hard reset a couple of times, reprogram with *22899 and soft reset & tell me if you're still having the same issues.
