I finally got through all the steps and I flashed Adrenelyns simple rom. Everything goes through fine - it now finds the device, writes the image, gets to 100% and says job done, launching but when it restarts my phone it keeps freezing in the initial Omnia screen. Ive tried restarting, removing the battery, searching the forums, hard reseting myself and nothing seems to work. I even tried flashing a different rom with the same result.

Have you flashed CC20? None of the custom ROMs will work if you haven't flashed CC20 first.

Go to the idoc and download CC20. It was never compressed so you will download the image itself. When you get it downloaded, run UMDL and click the Unified Image key, not PDA. Let it load CC20 then click Detect. Plug in your powered off phone and turn it on. Do not touch the phone while it is flashing.
