no tv unless ur gonna get a slingbox or pay for mobitv not even the SprintTV that is included in ur pv pack can be accessed on these phones, anyways and as far as ringtones.....check the main page at the bottom it says ringtones.
Or better yet go to search, in the forum drop down box select ringtones and search for the ringtone ur looking for, if its not there then feel free to request it in the request thread.
