You are in the same boat that I was in, only with Alltel. I had my 6800 for 2 years, and migrated to the Treo Pro when my contract rolled over.
The keyboard is smaller on the Treo Pro, but I find that I can type on it faster then I ever could on the 6800 (neither very fast). The smaller screen doesn't bother me any either. And I find the Treo easier for one handed use. I also 2nd the SkyFire use.
