Did you install the "tachi dialer" fix cab that was posted much earlier in this thread? If so then I would have to assume you have something else causing your problem as the rom itself is running fine on my phones and most people have no major issues. Try doing a hard reset and limit what you install afterwards and only install the tachi dialer fix cab and don't install the flash lite 3.1 cab or anything unnecessary untill you use your phone for a couple of days without issues. Then install other apps. That's my suggestion.

Edit: If this happened immediately after you flashed your phone then I would reflash, let phone boot/setup cabs, then do a hard reset, then set up phone as usual installing the "tachi dialer fix" immediately after initial phone setup process.
