If you are using Awast AV then only option to download and execute this ROM properly is as below :
Just Right Click on avast tray icon and select On-Access Protection Control, now click on Standard Shield and go into Customize, a pop-up window will show you several tabs, go to Advanced and here you can add the full location path of that folder where you download Mystery ROM (eg. C:\HTC Diamond\Custom ROM\*.*)
So Avast will not scan this folder during execution any file.
Please note : If you are sure what ever you are downloading into specified Folder, is safe for your PC then only execute downloaded file.
