the signal icons are different but they do not tell you the true signal. the new ones like Juicy is using show less bars, not sure why but that is the case. but it will not effect your data or voice connection. you can try a field test to determine the signal strength by going into windows directory>fieldtest.exe and select hdr. You total commander to get there or you may be able to through file explorer. from there you can compare the actual signal strength between the two. more info on this in the radio sticky of the first page of the diamond upgrade forum. hope this helps.
