this is the worst time of year for diesel mechanics... everything is so freakn hot!! i lost 2lbs today just installing a new alternator on a series 60 in a classic xl on I-29... he called ahead as he was getting closer to my service area.. and i met him close to his exit he needed before he got into south dakota... not much for semi shops in SD... not much of anything in SD if i think about it...
