The xip is ported 100% correctly, the OEM i am using is exact copy of the one i am using with all the previous builds since 21222 came out, SYS is perfectly ok, i counted files in the sys on a per folder basis and matched it with 21234 extracted from the emulator, its all perfect! Never happened before with me.
But there is one thing i noticed, why this build doesn't have the dnsapi.dll file in SYS\OS folder? I copied this file from 21812, can this be the cause of problem? It doesnt seems like that to me.
Help!
I believe dnapi.dll is for exposing some DNS helper classes to software. It should in no way cause you a problem as most carrier oem folder include it but your ROM should function fine without. I removed it from the OS folder since it will cause PPCKitchen to yell during building if it is included.

As to your other issues, are you sure you don't have any overlapping modules? Is that happening on a completely clean ROM/kitchen?
