Actually, sprite does have a "rom update" restore mode that worked pretty darn well, at least when going from one 6.5 rev to another...
Pretty much it all comes back exactly as it was pre-flash, no config needed.
I did do a more basic PIM data backup/restore (actually using the MS MyPhone service, which worked fine) to go from 6.1 to 6.5....
I see we have a new rev
I'll have to flash that tomorrow.
