  1. Not everyone has the same experience as you so it's wrong to assume we all get it in "2 seconds"
  2. Cold Starts take longer than Warm Starts, this speeds up the former
  3. If off network, Europe, etc. you can't use network-aGPS to make it go real fast, this will help there as this is offline aGPS
  4. Why not? It doesn't break anything nor have side effects
