OK, I am thinking that in most ROM's, this is simply an excluded program or is hidden.
Exclusive option. The Exclusive option allows users to add programs to a list that makes them exempt from the Button setting; these
applications will not be closed out when the X is used within the application. To add a program to the Exclusive list:
Ensure that the application is currently running on the device.
Go to Start>Settings>System Tab>Task Manager>Running tab.
Check the box next to the application.
Tap on the application name and select Add Exclusive from the pop up menu.
To remove a program from the Exclusive list:
Go to Start>Settings>System Tab>Task Manager>Exclusive Tab.
Check the box next to the application.
