first, did you unlock it before trying to flash? that'll cause it to be stuck at the loading screen.
also, try to flash via sd card by renaming RUU_Signed.nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh and putting it on your sd card. then hold vol down and power while pushing the soft reset button. this way your pc isn't required in the flash
