well, if you're running rhodium on 6.5, this will work. if you're on 6.1, sorry, out of luck.

but you're probably using the rhodium menu enhancements anyway, right? in that even, the only thing that you will really be able to see are the taskbar, bottom bar, message title bar, and the list view selector. everything else should be rhodium-ized, so the majority of this skin wouldn't even show up on your device.
