there are a ton of things that can be managed to reduce battery drain

The biggest drain is the backlijght, then the screen itself, *then* data use - wifi, then evdo/bluetooth, and 'receive beams automatically'

So, first thing you do is turn off receive beams, set your backlight lower, set the backlight timeout to 2 minutes, and set the auto power off to 2-4 minutes.

Get yourself a BT headset, and train the voice command for your calls, and use that for your calls.

If you can't be bothered, get one of those 3400mah monster batteries (which will make your phone fatter for sure)

Is your backlight on max, and your backlight and poweroff timeouts set very long?
