Yes, you will need an external GPS module such as the Holux 240 which you can find
here although other people will share with you what receivers and software they use as well.
WM6 is for testing the last time I read the full thread. Some bugs were known at the time of the release and more bugs are still being reported. Is it safe to use. Yes it is safe but it is not finished being developed and optimized.
The radio app I use I have listed below but it is pretty good IMHO. I can listen to preset stations (a lot of them) or I can add them as I want by supplying the URL. You also can record the music and playback at a later time if you want.
