Re: Sprint Asurion Fraud !! Must read!!!
I just received a cancellation notice from Assurion due to my having lost my phone three times and them replacing it. Problem is, I never lost my phone. I have contacted them and they said that it was likely fraud and they would investigate and get back to me within 72 hours. Its now been a few days and instead of calling me as promised, I received another notice of cancellation in the mail. I called them again and was told they were "investigating" and would get back to me.
I will be cancelling my insurance and will likely also cancel our account with Sprint once this is settled.
