yea i have phone insurance they are they ones telling me i need 140 sprint store wont even talk to me they say take it to a repair center ( 80 miles away ) instead of just swapping it out when everything that is wrong with it is HARDWARE and not my doing .
we have 3 phones in my account been with sprint 8 years only had to use the insurance 1 times ( this was clearly out fault and had no trouble paying the 50 to have the phone replaced )
