Are you saying it does not respond at all when you use the stylus to press the middle of the crosshairs?
You would get more assistance if you ask in the general support forum rather than in an unrelated thread like this one.

Also, since you indicate you're using a 6.5 custom rom, you should really be asking the provider of the rom.
