Removed battery, restarted both devices multiple times. No dice. I got this replacement yesterday (its record is quickly becomming worse than my Mogul, which ended with 9 replacements). So, if anyone has any other advice, than what I already want to do (smash with huge mallet, run over with truck, and melt with thermite), it will be greatly appreciated. I had the same problem, but when I clicked on my device in the Bluetooth preferences on my Macbook Pro, and select Configure Device, it takes me through the network steps agaain and works well after that... hope that helps
