For some reason none of my ringtones work anymore. When i choose a ringtone to use no sound comes out, it doesn't even vibrate. They all used to have the Touch Player symbol next to them in the file explorer, but now it's an "unknown" symbol. I had a similar problem, i added a program and didn't know which one it was but my phone would not ring at all, the phone had sound when i played a vid but would not ring when i got a call, all ringtones were deactivated for some reason.
I couldn't figure it out and had to perform a hard reset.
