Guys, you dont have to hard reset & I'm sorry for posting kindah late but all you have to do is go into Settings, connections, USB to PC & there should be an option right under the first one that says something like "Enable data syncronization!" If that box is checked uncheck it.........if the box isnt checked than check it! When my phone did this I went to the settings & checked this box & it work! You just mess around with that box & you should be straight without having to Hard Reset!
