If you're still having the time bug, trying putting in your local city into the registry down below.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
"WorldClock.Local"=(system)
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila]
"WorldClock.Local"=NAM|US|TX|LUBBOCK
is what mine looks like. fixes the world clock issue for me. I actually just copy and pasted that city format from the weather settings which are in the manilla registry location as well. Hope this helps somebody. It's pretty easy to do, not sure why this hasn't been posted b4. Maybe it has and a lot of us have missed it?
