what rom are you running, stock or custom?
what files/theme are you putting in windows? manila or s2u2 or g alarm? taskbar?

4 manila2d you have to extract the files within the windows folder (my zip) and put to your windows. so to clarify, it should NOT be (your device)windows\windows\(my theme files) but my theme files directly in your windows.
for s2u2, put my theme files in programs\s2u2\gfx\(my theme files for s2u2)
for galarm its, programs\ageye\galarm\skins(i thinks off the top my head)

there should be a readme.txt inside the zip files that have instructions. and also i already explained the instrutions for the taskbar on the 1st page some where.

hope thats helps
