Then I downloaded the simple cab file that Bored posted on 6/6/9, ran it, and went outside. I got seven satellites in a few seconds and GoogleMaps integrated perfectly. Yeah baby.

I wanted to post this because I haven't seen an answer to the most important question I had, which was "can I install this new fix over Mighty ROM 4R3BORN or is that going to screw everything up?" The answer is nothing appears to be screwed up - the .cab just installs and makes the GPS work.

you were told wrong... if you had a verizon device you needed to install my fix before the newest file became available... now you just have to do exactly what you done which was install the new file


installing this does not screw up rom this is purely for the radio and gps of the device
