Easy way to fix, Call CS, tell them to put a memo on your account that they have to verfy BOTH Pin code and Security Question, not just one or the other. If a fraudster has both, then you know they work for Sprint, because Asurion doesnt have access to that information, thats why they have to ask you for it during the claims process. On my personal account, everytime i call in i have to verify my pin, my security question and the three out of five (account number, amount of last bill, and social security number) Nextel used to do way back when. It takes like five minutes just to verify my account but at least i know im protected.
