With .nbh file in SD card, it only shows loading always. and after that reboot still SPL-0.37-0000
it sounds to me like you flashed a rom before unlocking. use an sd card reader to put the nbh from the stock shipped rom on your sd card and press power when it asks you to do so to flash.
