I'm using mobile xt with the omnia since day 1 of cc20 never had an issue. post your settings, which ROM and by whom. No need for GPSToggle with 6.5 you get a lock within 30 sec or less most of the time so if I was you I'd try to uninstall BAF and soft reset. Hope this helps
