all in all, this is my preferred set up. this way i can do all the tinkering with less pain.
i am currently watching the batti program during charging off of the a/c adapter, seems like the screen will shut off and on under charging, and the green light is showing on the power button, gonna have to wait and see if i get the full charge notification tone when it tops off.
on a different topic, i totally suck at trying to get the kitchen to work to do my own rom, if you wanted to take the time to work me through this process, i can try to build a step by step power point presentation for those of us who aren't quite as adept at visualizing the process.
