That is one thing that I am very happy with as far as Verizon goes. Remember I had ripped the touch screen off my Dare, thinking it was a screen protector lol. I filed the claim online like at 700pm at night, and at 200pm the next day I had what looked like a brand new Dare in my hands. It came in a box and packaging just like a new one, so Im assuming it is. Anyway, I will gladly pay 5 dollars a month and 50 bucks copayment for that peace of mind.
You got a great value, since the extra battery you have would cost you about 30 bucks, so technically you only paid about 20 for the replacement when you think about it
