I have re/START installed, but for the life of me I can't seem to figure it out. The order of things on the list when I open it up re/START doesn't seem to have any relation to the order of items on my actual Start menu. I mean, I see some things next to each other that are actually next to each other, but then they're next to other things that are nowhere near them. Things at the very bottom of the list are things at the very bottom of my Start menu, but then just above that is the things that happen to be at the very top.
Testing, I just found 'Camera.lnk' on the list, and clicked the 'UP' button until it was at the very top of the list. I exited out and it prompted me to soft reboot, which I did. I clicked Start.. and my camera is in the middle column, third icon down. My expectation was that it would be, you know... first.
Soooooooooo, I'm confused.

I'm sure this is quite easy and honestly, I haven't seen many people asking for help, so I'm obviously just being stupid here. Anyone want to help me out? What's the correlation between the order things appear in re/START and the actual Start menu? The higher the rank number, the higher it appears on the Start menu, or what? Dunno why I'm struggling with something that's apparently simple.
